Terms and Conditions KM8 – Malaysia Betting Platform Rules

Your continued use of the km8 platform constitutes full acceptance of all terms stated in this document. These terms take effect from the date you first access our platform, whether via the website, mobile app, or any other access channel provided by km8.

KM8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, with at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, via an in-platform announcement or email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform after notice is given constitutes acceptance of the changes.

To register and use the km8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age for gambling activities in your local jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• An individual, not a company, legal entity, or agent acting on behalf of another person.
• Not appearing on km8's or any relevant authority's list of prohibited individuals.
• Opening an account for personal recreational use only, and not for commercial or professional purposes without km8's written consent.
• You are solely responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

KM8 reserves the right to request proof of identity or other supporting documents at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the km8 platform. Holding more than one account, whether under a different name, phone number, email address, or payment method, is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory for all players before making a withdrawal or when certain limits are reached. Required documents include:

• Valid national identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (if requested).

All information you provide during registration and the KYC process must be accurate, complete, and up to date. km8 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the player.

KM8 supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, interbank transfers, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no hidden charges from KM8.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within seconds.
• You may only deposit funds from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• KM8 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds in the event of unusual transactions.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 for most payment methods.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes on regular business days.
• Withdrawal funds will be sent to the same bank account or digital wallet used for your deposit.
• Before your first withdrawal, full KYC verification must be completed.
• Every bonus received must meet the specified rollover requirement before a withdrawal can be processed.

KM8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, weekly cashback, parlay bonuses, and a VIP programme. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page and must be read in conjunction with these general terms.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. The rollover ratio is typically between 3x and 15x, depending on the bonus type.
• Only one active bonus may be used at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the applicable wagering requirements.
• KM8 reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies designed to exploit promotions.
• Bonuses offered to you are at KM8's sole discretion and cannot be claimed as a right.

Any bonus-related dispute must be reported to the km8 support team within 7 days of the bonus being issued. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

All bets placed on the km8 platform are subject to the following rules, applied uniformly across all products and markets:

• A wager is considered final once confirmed by the km8 system and a betting ticket has been issued to you.
• Odds displayed are accurate at the time a bet is placed. km8 uses real-time odds from independent, accredited sports data providers.
• Any bet placed after an event has started (for pre-match betting) may be voided without notice. Only live betting wagers are permitted after a match has begun.
• KM8 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, system failure, or clearly incorrect odds being displayed (error odds).
• In the event a bet is cancelled by KM8, the wagered amount will be fully refunded to your account balance.
• Bets placed using fraudulent methods, manipulation, or system bug exploitation will be voided and the relevant account will be investigated.

KM8 maintains complete records of all betting transactions, and system results are considered final in any dispute unless a technical error acknowledged by KM8 is proven.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. KM8 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• KM8 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel.
• You must notify the KM8 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• All activity conducted from your account prior to a report of unauthorised access being received is your responsibility.

KM8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Holding more than one active account.
• Systematic bonus abuse or exploitation of the platform.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from relevant authorities.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may contact our support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance in your account (once all conditions are met) will be returned to you via the original payment method within 5 business days.

KM8 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Errors in information provided by third-party data providers for sports odds or results.

In any circumstance where KM8 is found liable, the maximum amount of our liability shall not exceed the total deposits you have made in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

KM8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any amendments will be communicated to you at least 7 days before taking effect via an in-platform notice or email to your registered address. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where km8 operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to this agreement shall first be resolved through consultation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.
